Jyoshoken Singapore is inspired by Ibaraki style featuring stronger flavors & a mixture of gyokai & meat base broth flavors. Soup is made with long hours of preparation including 15 hours of boiling over high heat and constant stirring. Joshoken’s menu features two kinds of tsukemen distinguished by its heaviness – Assari & Kotteri. Assari means light while Kotteri means rich. Each kind of tsukemen is offered in two version – normal & special which defers mainly in toppings in the noodles & broth.
